The name is the mission
QUANTUMprogrammers is an independent technology company at the intersection of AI and quantum computing, based in Brussels.
We explain, design, build and benchmark. Those four words describe both what we do and the order in which we do it. We work at the point where two technology waves meet: artificial intelligence, which is transforming how organisations work today, and quantum computing, which will reshape computation and security in the years ahead.
We are deliberately independent. We do not resell a platform and we do not earn margins on licences, so our recommendations are based on benchmarks and on your requirements. When the best answer for your situation is a small open-weights model instead of a large commercial one, that is the answer you get.

Based in Brussels
We work from Brussels, in the heart of Europe, for clients across the continent. Being close to the European institutions is practical for our work on AI governance and quantum security, where European regulation increasingly sets the pace.
